  For the same issue, I had to bring the car in more than one time .. happened more than once .
  When you tell them there is a problem, they do not do thorough investigation. That's when I had to bring the car back again. . Starter needed to change, it took them a week to figure it out, i took a video and still they could not figure out what's wrong
  2nd time i bring the car , it had a problem with a specific tire, all they did was visual inspection which is completely ridiculous since I specified that the tire loses air over time, no way one could visually identify it, yet they tell me if you wanna wait 2 more hours to find out what's wrong we can do that even though i literally left the car with them for over 6 hours, what's the point of telling you there's something wrong if you won't inspect it accordingly.
  This kind of incompetent service is why I won't be renewing a lease from Honda ..
